I need someone who can develop already existing C++ Program.
Copy of the program is available which written in C++.
What is required is developing and optimisation of this program in order to improving the accuracy and efficiency of the existing algorithm.
There are a number of data partitioning techniques which can be used to optimise this algorithm and my own partition technique needed to be improved.
The professional who would like to take this project must have the following:
1-Excellent command in programming in C++
2-Very good knowledge in Data mining.
3-very good knowledge in Machine learning algorithms (inductive learning and classification).
Note: All the necessary documents are available with data sets for testing.
